Privacy Policy

JAK Fine Art Printing does not hold any account / personal information on this site. By contacting us you agree that we can use the information you supply to contact you with regards to your enquiry, submit a quote or send an invoice. Should you wish to proceed with an order we will require additional information such as your address for posting ordered prints. Should you require us to send prints direct to your customer, we only keep this information on the email you send to us and to inform you that the order has been shipped.  All emails are held in our google mail (gmail account) and deleted after 90 days from last submission. We do not keep a record of your customers addresses.

All of your personal information such as your name, email, address, telephone number (if supplied) is used for invoicing and delivery purposes only,  we use PayPal or WorldPay (via a Kashflow Invoice) for our transactions, for accountancy reports and HMRC regulations, these invoices are stored for at least five years on these sites and are subject to the relevant privacy policies.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy

All WorldPay transactions are subject to the WorldPay Privacy Policy and KashFlow Privacy Policy.

We take your privacy very seriously and we do not sell, or supply your information to any other third parties, apart from those mentioned above for order fulfilment purposes.
