Description

Dock No 9 by Tom Brown.

Queen Victoria opened the Manchester ship Canal at the Mode Wheel Locks on the 21st May 1894.  On the Salford side of the canal, above the final lock at Mode Wheel, lay four docks numbered 9 to 6.

From the original pastel by Tom Brown, Dock No 9 has an image size of 38 x 27cm and supplied with a mount to fit a 40 x 50cm frame.

Registered with the Fine Art Trade Guild as an ArtSure approved, open-edition, giclee print.
