If you are contacting JAK Fine Art printing  for scanning and / or printing  you confirm that you are the copyright holder of the original work.

• It is an original piece of artwork or you are the creator of the original work submitting a digital version for printing.
• It is not a copy of someone elses work (even if you sign it in your name) as this would infringe on the copyright of the original artist.
• It is not an original or print that you have purchased.
• You accept full responsibilty for any claims made against JAK Fine Art printing should any copyright infringement occur and agree to pay, in full, any costs that may arise from the infingement.

Cancellations

Scans and prints are made to order, we do not hold stock of prints for shipping purposes. In the event that you wish to cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours. In the event that work has already commenced we will send what we have printed to you and the cost of the prints and shipping will be deducted from the refund. If we are scanning artworks for you, you also agree to pay the amount stated on the invoice for each completed scan or if work has commenced but not completed a minimum charge of £10.00 per hour, this hourly charge does not apply if you contact us within 24hrs.

Privacy Policy

Your contact details are held by us for delivery purposes and in order for us to contact you with regards to your order. This information is also held by third parties in order for payment to be processed. We do not sell, or pass on your details to other third parties.

Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file that is downloaded onto ‘terminal equipment’ (eg a computer or smartphone) when the user accesses a website. It allows the website to recognise that user’s device and store some information about the user’s preferences or past actions. Some websites may not have all the functions (such as shopping carts) if you turn cookies off.

We do not use cookies to collect personal information, but it does enable us to monitor our site with regards to page views and we use this information to make improvements to our site. You can turn cookies off on your computer using the following links:

Prices and Payments

JAK Fine Art Printing is not VAT registered so this is not added to, or included in, the prices shown. When you contact us to produce an order we will send you an invoice either by your prefered payment method such as  PayPal or Kashflow (for payment by credit / debit card via Worldpay). The order will be processed once payment has been received.

Payment can also be made by cash or cheque (made payable to JAK Fine Art Printing) if you are collecting the order, for print orders over £100.00 a deposit may be required.

Delivery times & Postage

For print orders where we have an approved scan, or you have supplied the digital image we aim to get your print sent within five working days. In the event of any delays (bank holiday weekends/ holidays/ very busy periods) we will let you know at the time the order is placed.

Our stretched frame canvases are also produced to order so please allow upto 10 working days before these are despatched.

Scanning artwork is a time consuming process which takes a lot of care and attention, please allow at least five working days before the colour-proof is sent to you.

These times are guidelines only, for large print orders or scanning multiple images we will contact you to arrange a timeframe that suits both parties.

All prints are sent first class, signed for. A copy of the tracking number will be sent to you as confirmation that the order has been sent.

All postage fees listed on the site are for UK addresses only, please contact us if you want the print sent to an overseas address.

Damaged prints / returns

In the event that your print orders get damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods after two working days from the date the print delivery was signed for. Please return the damaged goods to us and we will either replace the damaged goods or refund the cost.
