Ordering
Original artwork must be removed from its frame before it is sent to us for scanning. We also require that pastels and chalk have a fixative applied, as this will prevent
dust / scratches on the scanner.
Digital Images (CD or DVD) and original artwork can be posted to us, together with the order form to:

Alternatively, you can send digital files to us via dropbox @ http://www.dropbox.com. This website gives 2GB of free file storage. Once you have registered you can create a folder, add the images you want printing and then ‘share’ the folder with us. The address for file sharing is ‘jakartfile@aol.com’

Payment
On receipt of you order and image we will send an e-mail confirmation and invoice, payment can be made by cheque or postal order (made payable to Jak fine art printing) alternatively you can follow an attached link on the e-mail to pay by credit or debit card via PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to use this service and PayPal handles all transactions so we do not have any of your bank account details. More information is available from the PayPal web site (Email Payments). PayPal have a surcharge (currently 3.2%) for using this method and this will be added to your invoice.
Post and Packaging
All post is sent via the Post Office using first class recorded (signed for) delivery.
All original artwork is handled with the utmost care, on completion of the scan the original is returned in a flat box together with a CD and any print orders.
Where prints only are required, these are sent in postal tubes.

For large stretched frame canvases where the length + width is longer than 3m a courier service is used. Prices for delivery will be confirmed by e-mail.
